As a customer, you have a great opportunity to influence the extrusion coating process , in perticular regarding your material choice.

We have a long experience of supplying quality products to the automotive industry, forest industry and paper mills. We have also provided the steel industry with everything from extruded aluminum to steel cover. In our role as a supplier to companies in this segment, we work a lot with developing fully customized and client-specific solutions. We place great value in growing and developing side-by-side with our customers.

PROCESSES
We can offer the choice of two different processes:

• Extruding
• Laminating

No matter which of the processes you choose, you as a customer have great opportunity to be with us and influence the entire process, from your first request all the way to finished product. We have a mono-extruder but have no problem in supplying materials with double-sided plastic coating.

MATERIALS
That which distinguishes us from the rest of the market is that we work independently of the large base materials suppliers. We work with most mills on the European and part of the global market.   You therefore have an extremely broad discretion about which materials you may request. We see it as our challenge to find alternative solutions for you that many times can save both time and money.

We primarily work with materials such as:

• Plastics
• Non-woven
• Paper
• Cardboard
• Aluminum
• Mesh

Grammage (basis weight) can vary greatly and we are equipped for handling all types. No material is too thick and our range varies between LWC and cardboard. Besides our extrusion and laminating processes, we can also offer customers rolled-up materials of varying widths. In doing so, we can take full responsibility and refine products according to customer’s requirements.
